Aikorkem successfully completed the final stage of treatment

Aikorkem has craniosynostosis, a premature fusion of the bones of the skull: a congenital malformation that causes severe disability in children. Luckily it is successfully operated on. And thanks to tuberosities, the girl has already undergone the first stage of the operation: the bones of the skull have been fixed in the correct position using special titanium screws paid for.

In 2 months Aikorkem will have to complete the final stage of the operation - removal of all foreign materials. By that time they will have fulfilled their task - the child's bones will take the correct position and will no longer be needed. After that, the girl will be able to grow and develop without peculiarities.
