The child underwent the intervention well - there are no complications, the temperature is normal, the state of health is stable. Doctors note: tissue healing is going according to plan, the blood supply to the transplanted areas is excellent. Over the next two weeks, Turganbai will visit the hospital daily for bandages - the bandage remains on the head for protection and stabilization. On March 3, it is planned to remove the stitches - this is an important stage after which the child will be able to see his face for the first time without bandages. Doctors are sure that the result will be not only functional, but also aesthetically significant - it will return to normal life, without fear and embarrassment. Four-year-old Turganbay from Kazakhstan needs an urgent operation to remove a dangerous giant nevus that continues to grow and threatens his health. Local clinics refused to perform the operation, and now the family's only hope is specialists in St. Petersburg.

Thanks to the efforts of parents who campaigned on social media, a portion of the funds was raised. However, more funds are needed to complete the next stage in April 2026.

The family lives on a modest income. Turganbay cannot attend kindergarten due to the risk of injury to the nevus.
