Abidat is a Group 1 disabled person. She has been bedridden for two years, barely speaks, and is completely dependent on the care of her family. Abidat previously led an active life: she graduated from college and worked in a kindergarten. After a sharp deterioration in her condition and hospitalization, she lost the ability to walk independently. Her primary diagnosis is generalized epilepsy, with severe neurological and psychoemotional disorders. Abidat experiences prolonged seizures with loss of consciousness, severe weakness, joint contractures, and exhaustion. Her condition is complicated by numerous comorbidities. Abidat is currently completely bedridden. She is cared for by her grandmother. She has no income, family, or ability to pay for her treatment. Doctors note that rehabilitation is necessary to reduce the frequency of seizures, alleviate her condition, prevent further deterioration, and maintain vital functions.
