Friends, thanks to your support, the fundraiser for Muhammad on Tooba was closed very quickly. Thank you for responding and helping!
Muhammad has successfully undergone his second heart operation. The treatment went well, and he is now back home with his family.
The cost of his medical care turned out to be lower than the clinic’s initial bill, so Muhammad did not need the funds raised. Following a decision by the charity, the entire sum was redirected to help another beneficiary – the newborn Vika.
She was born prematurely with a severe heart rhythm disorder. Her heart was beating at just 40–50 beats per minute, and the little girl required urgent surgery and the fitting of a pacemaker for life-saving reasons.
Thanks to the funds you donated for Muhammad, Vika’s operation was paid for immediately. It was a success. Vika is currently in hospital with her mum, recovering under the supervision of doctors. She is gaining weight, learning to feed herself and getting stronger every day.
Thank you to everyone who supported the fundraiser for Muhammad. Although these funds were not needed to pay for his treatment, they helped to cover the cost of a life-saving operation for Vika in time. Thanks to you, another child has been given the chance of a healthy life.
