Umar has a developmental delay and needs rehabilitation.

Umar is five years old. He has a dual diagnosis of epilepsy and a delay in psychoverbal development. His parents learned of his health problems when he turned three. Before his diagnosis, they consulted a neurologist, underwent various treatments and classes intermittently, and were also monitored by a nutritionist since he was one year old. The family received treatment twice at the Planeta Med clinic and attended rehabilitation courses in Kaspiysk. Umar is currently under the care of a psychiatrist and a neurologist for behavioral correction and speech stimulation.

To overcome his developmental delay, the boy requires another rehabilitation course. Unfortunately, due to their difficult financial situation, the family is unable to pay for it themselves.
