Zakhar has Cerebral Palsy: help the boy undergo a rehabilitation course!

Zakhar was born at 37 weeks weighing 3,050 g, measuring 50 cm, with an Apgar score of 8/8. One hour after birth, due to respiratory failure, the baby was placed on mechanical ventilation and was discharged home after 9 days. At 4 months, his parents noticed spasticity in his right limbs. At 7 months, based on MRI and EEG results at the V.I. Kulakov NMRC for OG&P, Zakhar was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy — right-sided hemiparesis.
The family works tirelessly on the boy's development. Zakhar has learned to walk, run, negotiate curbs and stairs, speak and understand two-syllable words, and eat with his left hand. However, fine motor skills in his right hand are completely absent, and movements are performed predominantly using the left side.
To restore function in his right hand and consolidate his skills, Zakhar needs physical therapy (PT) and massage courses. Let's work together to help pay for his rehabilitation!
