We are launching a joint fundraiser for three children who need rehabilitation.
Each of them has their own diagnosis and their own journey: delayed psycho-speech development, central nervous system disorders, autism spectrum disorders, epilepsy, and significant behavioral and speech impairments.
But the essence is the same — these children cannot fully speak, interact with the world, or control their emotions and bodies.
Rehabilitation for such children is not just 'sessions.' It is a chance to:
— initiate speech
— improve understanding
— teach interaction with the surrounding world
— reduce seizures, anxiety, and behavioral difficulties
— give the child an opportunity for a more independent life
But such courses need to be held regularly. And their cost is unaffordable for most families.
