The "Spina Bifida" Foundation's beneficiaries are children with a severe pathology - spinal hernia. They live in different parts of Russia, where sometimes there is no qualified medical care for children with spina bifida. When they receive comprehensive assistance from our foundation, specialists send the families for examinations, treatment and check-ups by doctors in major Russian cities.

Unfortunately, not all families have the means to pay for expensive flights. If a child with a congenital pathology does not get to the check-up on time we can lose precious time, and there is a high chance that he will develop secondary complications.

We are opening the collection of money for train and air tickets for our wards, so that children with the diagnosis of spina bifida could get to the qualified help and get the best treatment and examinations.
