With your help, the animal shelter acquired the necessary construction tools!

Yaroslavl shelter for dogs "Vita" is more than 10 years old. Since November 2022 it has been supervised by ANO "Fidelity". Now there is an active work of the community of animal volunteers to equip the shelter. The volume is large - there are 158 dogs living at "Vita". The enclosures and buildings were in a state of disrepair. Thanks to donations from people who care about the lives of homeless animals at Tooba, we have already raised funds to buy equipment and tools for the vetting room and the lease of land for 5 months. The work is complicated by the dilapidated structures. A number of permits are needed to build quality enclosures. But animals can't wait. The roofs are already leaking, some of the bars and walls are leaking, and especially active dogs even run away. Dozens of subbotniks have been held and preparations are underway to repair the shelter. The shelter does not have its own tools. The employees rent or use their own, and volunteers come with their own equipment. In six months of work, the Vita staff has assessed the need for tools. At this time, given the ongoing and planned needs of the shelter, a screwdriver, a circular saw, and a bolt cutter are needed.
