The homeless animal shelter bought vaccines!

30 homeless animals are waiting to be vaccinated to find their home faster! Homeless animals are brought to the shelter every day. In order for an animal to move into a common flock, it will have to undergo many manipulations, including the vaccination procedure. Vaccinations help protect cats against serious and potentially life-threatening diseases such as feline panleukopenia (also known as feline distemper), feline viral rhinotracheitis, and feline calicivirus. These diseases can spread easily among cats and are difficult to treat once infected. Vaccination helps stimulate the cat's immune system to recognize and fight these diseases. This means that the animal will be healthy and will have more chances to find a family and a permanent home. If you support the fundraiser, our shelter will be able to purchase 30 doses of vaccines for their new wards who came to the shelter during the summer.
