Assistance to the flood victims in Libya was successfully organized: food kits, blankets, mats and baby food were distributed

In September 2023, the Zakat Charitable Foundation published a project to help flood victims in Libya on the Tooba platform. The aim of the project was to help flood victims in Libya. Recall, due to the largest flooding in Libya caused by storm "Daniel", which brought suffering and destruction in the cities more than 5 thousand people died, many are missing, and many people were in need of emergency assistance. Temporary shelter tents, mattresses, pillows, blankets and food are the basic needs of those affected. Together with our partner Turkish foundation "Hak İnsani Yardım Derneği", we organized assistance to the flood victims in Libya by distributing food packages, blankets, mats and baby food. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to each of you for your kind heart and invaluable support. Thanks to your generosity and trust, Zakat Charitable Foundation and its partners were able to provide emergency relief to the flood victims in Libya in September 2023. Your donations collected through the Tooba app have been a source of hope and help for many people. With the help of our partner, the Turkish foundation Hak İnsani Yardım Derneği, we supported those in need of our help. We were able to purchase 1,000 food packages, 790 blankets, 55 mattresses, 500 mats and 500 baby food packages. We deeply appreciate your trust and cooperation that helped us achieve these results.
