Thanks to your support, 34 lonely elderly people received additional medical care at home for another month!

Our Foundation has organized home-based medical care for 34 lonely elderly individuals with poor health. Our nurse visits each of our frail pensioners at home, checks their overall condition, conducts objective assessments, treats wounds and bedsores, performs hygiene procedures, administers injections, monitors blood glucose levels and blood pressure, and carries out other necessary procedures according to the individual's condition. If needed, she calls a doctor to the patient's home or accompanies them to a medical facility. This is a very important program as it allows immobile individuals to avoid frequent and challenging trips to the outpatient clinic or reduce their frequency. The elderly individuals can maintain and support their fragile health thanks to this care. To sustain this program, the Foundation requires medications and dressing materials.
