Hospital nannies are women who accompany orphans and children left without parental care around the clock in medical institutions for the duration of treatment. To wash, to feed, to change diapers, to change clothes, to bring to procedures, to calm, to shake on handles, to entertain, to give medicines — the day of the nurse in the hospital consists of many simple, but important things. At two or three years old, the baby is not yet able to do everything on his own, so adult supervision is necessary. The foundation employs 30 hospital nannies. Nannies go out in shifts to one child.
