Like any other organization, the foundation needs a system, so Niki employees use the Bitrix program. This year, Bitrix provided the fund with a standard tariff free of charge on pro bono terms. During the work during this year, it became clear that the functionality of the standard tariff is not enough for the fund to operate and it is necessary to switch to the next tariff - professional. Now the fund employs 40 people and all of them interact with animal data in one way or another: veterinarians, a capture team, SMM specialists, project managers, etc. Everyone has different tasks and areas of work with animals, they need different data, and the new tariff will allow you to create individual system settings to simplify your work. The tariff options will also simplify the transfer of data to the fund’s website and as a result we will receive a fully automated system for working with animals in the shelter from admission to placement, including publishing animal profiles on the Internet. The professional tariff costs 134,000 rubles/year, but the fund is given a 50% discount = 67,000 rubles/year. Help us make the fund's work more efficient, so that in turn we can help more animals!
