Medical nurses visit the homes of pensioners who need treatment for bedsores, diabetic wounds, as well as for injections and other procedures without which the elderly cannot maintain fragile health. We often work with cases where there is no basis to call the district doctor or emergency services, when hospitalization is not indicated, but the elderly person urgently needs medical assistance. Our nursing care becomes a crucial link in the medical care of a person.
This program allows less mobile wards to avoid frequent and challenging trips to the clinic or reduce their number.
By supporting our project, you will enable us to purchase medications and supplies to provide medical services for 11 elderly individuals who need medication right now. The project also includes part of the salary for one of the nurses visiting patients at home.
