In an orphanage and in asocial families, the child is deprived of attention to his development. Often children do not learn to speak until they are 7 years old.
Adoptive parents often face problems when sending their child to school: the child does not have the required level of development and does not have basic learning skills. It is difficult for such children to study; they are often redirected to correctional schools, but even there the children often cannot cope with the workload.
