Busapira underwent her long-awaited heart surgery, and it was a success!

In 2023, Gulum underwent a complex surgery to replace three heart valves. She later had to undergo two more surgeries, but her condition continued to deteriorate. Doctors diagnosed tricuspid valve thrombosis, and Gulum needed yet another surgery. Thanks to your support, we were able to raise the necessary funds for her treatment. However, during drug therapy, the clot dissolved, and the surgery was canceled. At the same time, Busapira needed urgent medical care. She had suffered from heart failure since childhood and had already undergone heart surgery in 2021. But in recent months, her condition worsened again, and she began experiencing symptoms such as weakness, swelling, headaches, and irregular heartbeat. Thanks to your help, the funds were directed toward Busapira’s treatment. The surgery was scheduled but postponed several times due to Busapira’s critical condition. After treatment, doctors successfully performed the surgery in May 2026. Busapira remained under medical observation for a while and was then discharged home.
