Rohatchon's dream came true! She sees well!

We have great news! The dream of one of our wards has come true! For many years, she dreamed of seeing well. Thanks to your help, this joyful event has happened! Three months ago, Rokhatchon returned home to Tajikistan from Kaluga. At the branch of the S.N. Fedorov Eye Microsurgery Complex, she had an operation on her right eye. And now she can see well with both eyes. Our Rokhatchon has congenital corneal dystrophy. This is a hereditary disease in which the upper layer of the eye loses its transparency, which leads to vision loss. Twelve years ago, she, a mother of five daughters, had her first eye surgery. After 9 years, the corneal transplants became cloudy, her eyes began to hurt, and her vision worsened. Last year, the woman had an operation on her left eye. And in June of this year, the second operation was successful. Two weeks later, Rokhatchon was able to return home to her beloved family.
