Our foundation assists 84 lonely elderly individuals whose old age has presented numerous challenges. Their health has weakened, and they struggle to afford basic necessities, but the greatest trial for our elderly is the pervasive loneliness.
The foundation has initiated a project delivering meals and food packages to the homes of isolated pensioners. 50 elderly individuals with compromised health receive daily hot meals from our kitchen, while 34 seniors receive weekly food packages. These individuals, surviving on meager pensions, can manage some aspects of their daily lives but require assistance in securing essential groceries to stave off hunger.
Our social couriers bring hot meals or food packages directly to their doorsteps, attentively monitoring the elderly's challenges, assisting with household tasks, and, most importantly, alleviating their loneliness with care and attention.
This project allows us to deliver food packages to the homes of 17 needy pensioners, sustaining them for an entire month. Let's join hands in providing nourishment and support to these lonely elders.
