Dear friends, today we are appealing to you to support 16-year-old Diana, who has been struggling since birth with such serious diseases as cerebral malformation, symptomatic epilepsy and dysarthria. Despite all her difficulties, she remains a kind, cheerful girl whose bright eyes and desire to communicate inspire everyone around her.
Since birth, Diana has been receiving help in rehabilitation centres, and thanks to the support of specialists, positive dynamics in her speech development can be observed. She successfully performs tasks and actively interacts with others. However, for further improvement and full development Diana needs further assistance from highly specialised specialists.
The girl's family needs funds to purchase air tickets from Vladikavkaz to St. Petersburg so that she can receive a check-up and continue treatment at the clinic of the St. Petersburg Paediatric Institute, where she has already undergone rehabilitation and made significant progress.
