Yasina fell ill in the autumn when she was eight years old. The first symptoms are weakness, bone pain and lack of appetite. Examinations and tests helped to find out the cause of poor health. It turned out that Yasina has acute lymphoblastic leukemia, a blood cancer. To cope with it, Yasina began treatment at the Almazov Clinic. She underwent chemotherapy and went into remission. To consolidate the result obtained, it was also important to undergo courses of supportive therapy. When suddenly the disease returned, there was a relapse. The difficult treatment began again. Yasina is currently undergoing anti-relapse chemotherapy and is preparing for an upcoming bone marrow transplant. Both mom and dad, as well as Yasina's brothers or sister, can become a donor. To confirm the compatibility of genes, the whole family needs to undergo a special study — blood typing. However, it is currently not paid for by the MHI. That's why we are asking you for help.
