Amina is 5 years old. Since her early childhood Amina has been facing serious difficulties due to the diagnosis: delayed psycho-verbal development and childhood autism. As a consequence, she suffers from insomnia, does not understand spoken language, does not socialise with her peers and is selective in her eating.
Amina's family consists of five people and she is the eldest daughter. Unfortunately, Amina's dad has stopped working for health reasons and her mum is on maternity leave. Previously they funded the rehabilitation on their own, but now there are not enough funds to continue the treatment.
This rehabilitation is needed to provide individual development programmes, classes with an ABA specialist and an adaptive physical education specialist. We hope that with your help we will be able to provide Amina with the quality care needed for her development and adaptation.
