Abdul-Nasyr is a 16-year-old boy diagnosed with cerebral palsy (spastic diplegia) and severe delay in psychomotor development of speech. He suffers from several comorbidities and requires constant care and rehabilitation. Since birth, Abdul-Nasir has repeatedly sought help and treatment from various medical institutions. After the last operation in Turkey, he was recommended to undergo a course of reconstructive rehabilitation. At the moment the boy has received a call on a quota to the RC ‘DETSTVO’ in Moscow, where he will have to stay with his mother for up to three weeks. Abdul-Nasir's family consists of six people, two of whom are disabled since childhood. Due to financial difficulties related to treatment, the family needs help to cover travelling expenses for tickets to and from Moscow, as well as living expenses.
