Warm clothing distributed to homeless people — 1,700 people received assistance

Since 2015, the Second Breath Foundation has been supporting people in need, helping to provide the necessary clothes for those in need. In the cold season, homeless people need warm clothes especially to stay warm. We give them important things for winter: down jackets, sweaters, pants. In January and February we need to prepare and give more than 2000 kg of clothes to help 1700 people to survive the coldest time. We are raising funds to pay one sorter and partially rent the sorting center. The sorters determine the future of the items to be donated to the fund - whether they can be sent to charity and to whom. We sort clothes by hand into more than 40 categories. One of these categories is clothing for the homeless. The right clothes and shoes can save lives by keeping people from getting sick and freezing. By supporting this project, you help pay for the labor of a sorter who every day selects items to help homeless people and many others. This will enable people to go to public places without risk, eat better, find suitable jobs and eventually get off the streets.
