Anzor completed a rehabilitation course, where he learned important skills!

Anzor is 6 years old, he has delayed speech development. By the age of 2, the parents noticed that the boy had a developmental setback, he stopped responding to the name, lost all skills and lost his speech. Thanks to the well-coordinated work of specialists during the intensive rehabilitation course, Anzor had a positive dynamic in his development. A special test was conducted for the boy, which revealed gaps in the child's development and problematic aspects of his behavior. Anzor was introduced to the PECS alternative communication system, he learned how to ask for motivational items using a card. In addition, emphasis was placed on the independent execution of instructions with and without a subject, and work was actively carried out to improve the visual skills and behavior of the listener. After completing the course, Anzor's speech skills improved, he can now pronounce vowels and consonants clearly, the child's vocabulary has significantly expanded, and phrasal speech training has also begun. Thanks to classes with an adaptive physical education coach and a sensory integration specialist, Anzor learned how to jump, keep his balance, throw a ball at a target, ride a bike and a scooter. The boy's perception of his body in space, large and fine motor skills improved.
