Ahmad has completed an intensive rehabilitation course and learned new skills!

The boy was born with hypoxia, and after a year he stopped responding to the name. Specialists diagnosed a delay in speech development. Ahmad is an active child, at the beginning of rehabilitation he had a hard time making contact, did not follow instructions, did not tolerate swings, carousels and everything that turns. The work was aimed at filling the deficit of the muscular and tactile system, and a partial adaptive response appeared. The child learned how to ride a swing, climb and descend stairs. During his rehabilitation, the boy became more diligent, and he developed an interest in his studies. Ahmad has mastered the 2 stages of the PECS alternative communication system, and he has formed an index gesture. Thanks to well-structured work, the child learned to perform imitations with and without objects, motor actions on demand, compare identical stimuli and pictures, distinguish between stimuli, and also began to follow the order in games, for example, lotto. Eye contact has become more stable. Also, as part of this intensive rehabilitation course, Akhmad was treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which stabilized the boy's psychophysiological condition, he has improved communication skills and understanding of spoken language.
