Thanks to you, the children have acquired a very important skill and now they will definitely not go hungry!

Kids usually learn when to put potatoes or pasta in water when they watch their parents cook. Teenagers also gain important experience when they are trusted to cook on their own. Their loved ones will support them when they fail and tell them how to correct a mistake. But the kids from the orphanage have no example of how to cook and no opportunity to try cooking on their own. After graduation they find themselves alone, often in a dormitory, at an unfamiliar stove. They try to cook from recipes from the Internet that don't teach them how to monitor the heat level or flip pancakes properly. To help orphans learn how to cook and understand cutlery, we support the work of cooking groups in three orphanages in the Smolensk region. The children cook soups, hot meals and desserts under the supervision of a teacher, and gain invaluable experience for their future independent life. Thanks to the collected amount we will be able to buy food and consumables and hold cooking classes for 60 children for three months. Let's help orphans prepare for life outside the orphanage!
