Stepan has been in an orphanage since birth. The boy's problems began after he was transferred to a children's home—suddenly, his condition worsened, and it was a very difficult time. No one knew how to help him. At the local hospital, they managed to install a shunt to drain excess fluid from his brain, but there were complications with the shunt, and the boy's condition deteriorated again. The doctors from the foundation proposed treatment for him. During the examination, it was discovered that in addition to revising the shunt, he would need surgery on his spine to remove a hernia.
Stepan endured everything stoically, and even after the surgery, when it was hard for him, he encouraged everyone around him and asked the nanny not to be sad—that's just his character. Cheerful and responsive, always ready to help, Stepan is a beloved child. After a break in treatment, he requires additional examinations and rehabilitation. Stepan is ready to work hard because it will help him walk more confidently and be an even greater helper!
A very important person during Stepans's rehabilitation will be the nanny—she will be there for him day and night. Help us pay for the services of a nursing nanny for Stepan so that he can continue his journey forward!
