The Foundation is building a specialized center for 350 children with mental disabilities – delayed speech development, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, ASD, mental retardation. At the moment, 300 children are studying at the Foundation's current center, and more than 350 more children are waiting in line. For children with mental disabilities, time is of great importance. The sooner specialists start working with them, the easier it will be for them to adapt to society.
