The boy needs a bone marrow transplant. Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis is a rare and severe hematologic disease. As a result, severe lesions occur in various organs, including the liver, spleen, brain. The disease threatens the child's life. Alisho misses his mom very much, she stayed at home in Tajikistan with his little brother, who is only a month old. Alisho dreams of becoming a super-hero. So that super-power will help him to become healthy and return home soon. The boy fell ill in May 2024, his temperature rose sharply. Alisho was hospitalized several times, but doctors in his homeland could not make an accurate diagnosis. The boy was sent to Moscow to more experienced specialists. Dad and his son urgently flew to the capital. Alisho was feverish and had no strength at all. Only after a long examination in several hospitals Alisho was able to establish the correct diagnosis and start treatment. The only radical method of therapy is bone marrow transplantation.
