Aisultan is now 8 months old. The boy was born prematurely, and he was diagnosed with grade 5 retinopathy of prematurity, as well as congenital hydrocephalus. In order to restore and maintain at least minimal visual functions, Aisultan needs to undergo eye surgery in the near future. The operation for Aisultan will be paid, as it is carried out in Russia, and the boy is a citizen of another country. The family does not have the opportunity to pay for the operation on their own.
