He needs daily help to go to the toilet; unfortunately his bowels do not function on their own.Also Nikita needs a special bathing chair to facilitate hygiene and to make bathing safe. And the boy needs a special surgical aspirator - the equipment will enable the child to go to the hospital less often to get help, with this device his mother can often help Nikita herself.
