Ruslan is 9 years old, he has delayed speech development, a disorder of receptive and expressive speech, general speech underdevelopment, autism spectrum disorder. At one year old, the boy had a developmental setback, he would not let anyone near him, stopped speaking and responding to his name, and eye contact disappeared.
The boy acquired a lot of academic skills during ABA therapy classes. Ruslan learned how to follow instructions with objects, distinguish colors, sort objects and cards into five categories, distinguish between two-component instructions, and perform motor simulations. Ruslan also learned how to follow the sequence in games, correlate Seguin's planks, mastered lacing, and learned how to correlate identical and non-identical stimuli in a set of five.
After completing the course, the child's understanding of spoken language improved, stable eye contact was established, Ruslan became more diligent and involved in communication with specialists, and interest in classes appeared.
The boy also learned to follow the instructions of the specialists accurately, not to be distracted and to be collected and focused during the exercises. Ruslan has mastered various simulators, jumping over barriers and throwing a ball, he is excellent with a bicycle and a scooter. The child also began to feel his body better in space, and a sense of balance appeared.
