Aisha is only 8 years old, but she has already faced serious challenges. From birth, the girl was diagnosed with Spina Bifida. However, this ailment has not broken her spirit - Aisha is growing up to be an active and inquisitive girl. This year she went to secondary school for the first time, where she quickly found friends and loved her studies. Aisha can already read, tries to write beautifully and neatly, and is also happy to learn and tell poems. Thanks to the many rehabilitation courses she has undergone, the girl has made significant improvements: sensitivity in her legs has appeared, she has learnt to stand on a support and even to crawl on high knees. These successes require continued therapy to consolidate the results achieved and move on. Aisha's mum is raising her alone and is unable to work as her daughter requires constant care and attention.
