When Yura was three years old, doctors diagnosed profound mental retardation, delayed psychomotor development, and severe speech underdevelopment.
Now Yuri is 11 years old, and his condition causes serious concerns. The boy has difficulty controlling acquired skills, has become restless, stopped responding to spoken language, often cries and sleeps poorly. Before that, thanks to the rehabilitation course, there were glimmers of hope: he became more aware of his actions, his appetite improved, and the need for stimulation decreased. But now it's all gone.
