Marcel was born as a result of an emergency caesarean section, and since then he has been struggling with the consequences of combined CNS damage: periventricular encephalopathy, mixed compensated hydrocephalus, spastic diplegia and mental retardation.
Marcel's mum fully devotes herself to caring for her son, while dad provides for the family on his own. They are constantly engaged with Marcel: physical therapy, massage, speech therapist, psychologist, defectologist - all this requires significant financial expenses. Despite all efforts, without regular rehabilitation, Marcel's spasticity progresses and he loses the skills he has already acquired.
Thanks to the previous rehabilitation courses, Marsel has made significant progress: he learnt to walk less on his toes, his coordination of movements has improved. Each step on the way to recovery is given to him with great difficulty.
Now the family needs help in paying for the next course of rehabilitation. They have already spent all their savings and need your support.
