Vika suffers from cerebral palsy and needs to get joint aids after her surgery!

Thirteen-year-old Victoria was born prematurely (28 weeks), the second of twins, after a difficult labour and caesarean section, and immediately faced severe diagnoses: cerebral palsy, stage 5 retinopathy, stage 3 myopia and stage 4 amblyopia. Despite all the difficulties, Vika shows incredible fortitude and perseverance. She has already undergone several complex surgeries on her eyes and legs, regularly undergoes rehabilitation and has made significant progress: now Vika can stand, crawl, walk with the help of a walker, read and communicate. Her commitment to life is inspiring! In October 2024, Victoria underwent a complex reconstructive surgery on her feet. Now she needs a special orthopaedic device and an ankle brace. This expensive equipment will be an important step towards her biggest dream - to learn to walk on her own! Vicky's family, especially her mum, make every possible effort to provide her with a decent life and the necessary help.
