Dacey is one and a half years old. Dacey has been diagnosed with upper limb monoplegia, which means that she cannot move one arm. This condition significantly affects her quality of life and requires constant rehabilitation and specialised treatment. Dacey is being raised by her mum, who is the sole carer for her and two other children. In such difficult times it is important to support each other.
