Dear friends! Your support allowed Daria to undergo a full rehabilitation course at the "Yantar" Rehabilitation Center. This was an important step on her path to her main goal—learning to walk again. During her rehabilitation, Daria worked with experienced instructors who helped her strengthen her core muscles, stabilize her spine, and correct her movement techniques. She can now perform exercises correctly and safely at home without harming herself. The course included many procedures that improved Daria's physical and psychological well-being: her endurance increased, the necessary muscles were activated, and she now feels positive progress and renewed hope.
