Daria is a sensitive, attentive, and curious girl. She has cerebral palsy, but that doesn’t stop her from being interested in everything around her.
Right now, Daria needs adult assistance to move around, but an active wheelchair will change that. It will not only give her the freedom to move but also allow her to sit in the correct position, preventing complications, strengthening her muscles, and increasing her rehabilitation potential. With a wheelchair, Daria will be able to join family walks and outings, focus on her studies, develop independence, and improve her social skills.
Her mother is always by her side and sees how eagerly she absorbs everything new, how much she values attention, communication, and the ability to decide for herself where to go and what to explore. But without a comfortable and suitable assistive device, this is impossible.
