Laziness has delayed speech development. By the age of 2, the boy did not respond to the name and did not say anything. Leonid is now 6 years old, he does not speak, does not understand spoken language well, often gets moody and cries, and he also has partially developed self-service skills. As a result of the intensive rehabilitation course, Lenya has advanced in his development. Thanks to classes with an AVA specialist, the boy learned to react to the voice, to turn towards the sound source. He also received the PECS alternative communication system, which allows him to show with flashcards what he wants. Lenya learned how to perform simple motor actions, compare identical pictures, gained an understanding of spoken language, and collaborated with specialists.
