The boy was born in a severe condition with a tight umbilical cord entanglement around his neck, which caused a brain haemorrhage... Birth trauma and stroke led to cerebral palsy ⚡️ ⠀ Bulat is now 12 years old. In spite of the disease he is a very cheerful, active and outgoing boy. His intelligence is intact and his behaviour is good. Thanks to continued treatment his progress is visible.
