Yaroslav underwent a rehabilitation course

Yaroslav was born prematurely and was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at 9 months old. By the age of 12, Yaroslav has achieved impressive results: he can crawl both on his stomach and on all fours, sit and remain seated, stand and walk with support, and move using four-point canes. He is not yet walking independently but is actively training. Intellectually, Yaroslav is developing on par with his peers: he studies in a regular school in the 4th grade and receives grades of “B” and “A”. A recent rehabilitation course helped the boy strengthen his core muscles, reduce muscle tone, and improve weight bearing on his legs. Yaroslav has become better at shifting weight while stepping and can stand unsupported for longer periods.
