Basir underwent heart surgery

Despite his serious condition, Basir's surgery was postponed several times. The baby was so weak and weighed so little that prolonged surgery could have ended very badly. The child was prescribed medication, his mother was given nutritional recommendations, and his heart activity was constantly monitored. Gradually, Basir gained enough weight to make the operation possible. Now it's all behind him. Basir has been discharged home and his heart is fine. However, there are neurological consequences—the anesthesia did not pass without a trace. The good news is that the baby has already started smiling and responding to his relatives.
