Adam is 8 years old, he has a delayed psychorechological development of a systemic nature, such as motor alalia, and general speech underdevelopment of level 1. The boy sat up late, started walking at the age of one and seven months, by the age of two, his parents noticed a delay in speech.
After completing an intensive rehabilitation course, Adam has significantly improved his cognitive and physical skills! Thanks to classes with an adaptive physical education coach and a sensory integration specialist, the boy learned to keep his balance better and became more confident in space. The child can now run, jump, catch and throw a ball, crawl, overcome an obstacle course, pedal.
In classes with a behavioral analyst, Adam learned how to distinguish motivational stimuli from cards and put together 6-piece puzzles. His motor simulation skills have improved. The child began to actively use the pointing gesture, including in everyday life. The boy learned to follow up to 5 instructions and simulate about 10 movements, both with and without objects. Adam's behavior has also improved – he has become more attentive and calm in class.
