Mahfirat has started receiving therapy to fight cancer!

Makhfirat is 13 years old and dreams of becoming a doctor, but is currently being treated for a serious illness. In September 2024, the girl developed a headache, and her vision suddenly deteriorated. After an MRI, she was diagnosed with a brain tumor. In Tajikistan Mahfirat underwent surgery to remove the tumor, but due to its complicated localization it could not be removed completely. Doctors advised her to go to Moscow, to the Burdenko Medical Center. Mahfirat and her parents went to Moscow. At the end of January 2025, the girl was operated on again. Now doctors say that for further treatment it is necessary to carry out radiation therapy in parallel with chemotherapy. This requires funds, which the family does not have. Mahfirat is very eager to be cured and return home to her brothers and sisters. Our help is very much needed for strong and brave Mahfirat.
