First, we ensured uninterrupted communications by purchasing and refilling mobile phone packages for our coordinators and key volunteers. This allows us to immediately respond to urgent requests and efficiently manage assistance on the ground.
Second, part of the funds were invested in the creation of video stories: from short clips about the foundation's daily life to full-length stories of our beneficiaries. These videos are already being published on our online platforms and help attract new supporters.
