The charity foundation Second Breath is sending 2,000kg of clothes and shoes to our partner, the Rodnik Foundation in the Ivanovo region. This help will reach those who need it: large and low-income families, people with disabilities, people suffering from serious illnesses, the elderly, as well as residents of social institutions.
People in difficult situations are often forced to save money on the essentials. Children will be able to wear comfortable and beautiful clothes to school, elderly people will get warm clothes for walking, and people with disabilities will get comfortable clothes that will make their daily life easier. The things we send not only help keep you warm, but also help you feel more confident and comfortable every day.
Before sending the items, they need to be prepared. The clothes are sorted by hand: we select those that are in good condition, check that they are clean and in season. This important work is done by the sorters. Without them, the clothes would not be able to find new owners and hundreds of people would be left without the items they need.
