David is 9 years old, and specialists have diagnosed him with an autism spectrum disorder. By the age of 1.5, the boy had no speech, he lined up objects in a ruler, did not play with other children and did not look into their eyes, laughter appeared for no reason.
During the intensive work of the specialists, David has made significant progress in his development! After studying with a specialist in ava therapy, the boy achieved excellent results in the formation of communicative activity - he learned to formulate requests on his own, take initiative in communication, expanded his vocabulary, learned to use words "appropriately", and significantly improved his understanding of spoken speech, in particular, instructions and questions.
David became more focused and attentive in class, began to follow the teacher's instructions well, imitate, reproduce a small chain of actions, and distinguish between identical and non-identical flashcards. Thanks to the lessons he completed, the boy began to cope with the obstacle course, throwing a ball, crawling, jumping, and fine motor skills improved through playing with cereals and working with small details.
David also completed a course of hyperbaric oxygen therapy as part of this course. The use of hardware procedures during the intensive rehabilitation course certainly gave an impetus to the improvement of cognitive, speech and mental functions of the child.
