Sterility is not a formality, it is the foundation of safety. Every surgery, every dressing, every intervention in our shelter requires not only hand precision, but also complete hygienic protection. That's why we are opening a collection for surgical gowns and replacement uniforms for veterinarians.
A uniform is more than just clothing. It's a barrier between the animal and possible infection. Dangerous microorganisms are easily transferred on fabrics: viruses such as parvovirus or calicivirus, fungal spores, patient-to-patient infections. Dozens of surgeries, examinations and procedures are performed daily at the shelter. After each intervention, gowns and uniforms are sent to the wash at high temperature. Due to regular treatments, the fabric quickly loses its strength, shrinks and ceases to fulfill its protective function.
We are raising funds to purchase new uniforms and gowns for the veterinary team. This will enable them to work in a clean, safe and secure environment, making sure that every ponytail receives care in the right conditions. Clean uniforms are part of the treatment. Thank you for helping us keep order, professionalism and health where it is most needed!
